Terms & Conditions of entry:

  • The prize draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees, representatives and officers of Grasmere Gingerbread® or The Quiet Site, partner brands, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw and any of their immediate family members.
  • The winner will be selected at random, from all valid entries and will be contacted via social media from us directly on Monday 19th June 2023. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours from the announcement another winner will be drawn to replace them.
  • Entries close at midnight on Sunday 18th June 2023. The competition opened at 1pm on Monday 5th June 2023.
  • The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. You and your party must not re-sell or transfer (or seek to re-sell or transfer) in breach of the applicable terms.
  • Travel and food costs are not covered by Grasmere Gingerbread® or The Quiet Site.
  • Dates of the stay in a Gingerbread House at The Quiet Site are subject to availability.
  • The winner must be a resident within the UK for the monthly subscription and be willing to accept a delivery each month at the same address. 
  • The winner must be able to share full contact details with Grasmere Gingerbread® for their subscription which will run from the first week in July 2023 to June 2024. 
  • By entering, participants agree that if they win the prize, they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by us or The Quiet Site.
  • By entering the prize draw entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  The decision of Grasmere Gingerbread® and The Quiet Site is final and binding in all matters relating to the prize draw.
