Apple Filling
6 large apples
50 g brown sugar
50 g caster sugar
3 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp Sarah Nelson’s Pumpkin Spice
Crumble Topping
100 g rolled oats
400 g Grasmere Gingerbread® Crumbs
50 g brown sugar
9 x 13” dish
1. Preheat oven to 350 °F
2. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients for the filling together
3. Peel and core the apples, then thinly slice
4. Add the apples to the dry mix and toss to combine
5. Arrange evenly in the dish and set aside
6. In a separate bowl, stir the oats, Grasmere Gingerbread® Crumbs and brown sugar together
7. Sprinkle the topping over the apple mix
8. Bake for 45-60 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the bottom layer is bubbling
9. Let cool slightly, then serve with your favourite topping
