Millie's Stem Ginger and Grasmere Gingerbread® Crumbs Cookies

Ingredients

100g self raising flour

100g Grasmere Gingerbread® Crumbs

100g butter

50g sugar

55g stem ginger (chopped)

1 tsp ginger


Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl and then separate mixture into 12 rough balls.
  2. Place on baking sheet and bake on middle self of oven, gas mark 4/180° for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Cool on wire tray and store in an airtight tin.
