Our traditional Christmas pudding is a fusion of juicy fruits, dates and apple flavoured with extra spicy-sweet ginger and delectable dark rum. Particularly moreish served with Sarah Nelson’s Traditional Cumberland Rum Butter. It also makes an ideal gift as we present it in a lovely holly design material wrap with tie and branded tag.

Cooking instructions as follows:
Steam – from ambient. Leave lid on. Place basin in high sided pan and fill pan with water halfway up basin. Steam for 1 ½ hours. Top up water as necessary. Do not allow to boil dry.
Microwave – from ambient. Place upright in microwave. Loosen lid. 800W 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute 30 seconds. Guide for one pudding only. Cooking times may vary.
Do not reheat. Store in a cool, dry place. Not suitable for freezing. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
Pot and Lid suitable for recycling or re-use.
