A delicious, natural golden honey with a subtle flavour of ginger produced from an array of hives scattered across the beautiful northern Lake District. The honey is coarsely filtered by hand to retain as much fresh pollen as possible.
Sourced directly from dedicated Lake District beekeepers, this pure golden honey is as wonderfully nuanced as the seasons. The spring and early summer pollen creates a pale, lighter-sweet honey which slowly darkens in colour and deepens into darker-sweet nectar by the late summer and autumn. A delicate addition of natural ginger gives this healthy and beautiful natural foodstuff a subtle twist.
