I would like to say a very big “THANK YOU” for meeting our expectations and delivering such a fantastic product in such a timely way for our wedding. I had ordered 50 of the
plain heart-shaped boxes, each containing 2 Gingerbread hearts. When they arrived (on time) the day before the wedding I was able to customise the boxes to use them as
place settings as suggested on your excellent website. Many of our guests commented on the originality of our favours and also on how delicious the Gingerbread was.

I would really like to thank you all for the lovely wedding favours that arrived for Kate and Steve’s wedding on Saturday. They were beautifully packaged and delicious (of course).

All the guests remarked on how good the Gingerbread tasted and added what a relief it was not to be given the ubiquitous sugared almonds!!

As Kate and Steve spend a lot of time walking and climbing around Grasmere and the Lakes it meant a lot to them to have something from the area – they were particularly
touched by the lovely card and greetings from you all.

The wedding went off without a hitch and as it was the second time for both of them they wanted everything to be enjoyable and relaxing. They were very lucky with the weather as
the reception was held in their garden and it was a glorious day.

I would like to thank everyone at Sarah Nelson’s Gingerbread Shop. I was introduced to the famous gingerbread when I was little and have visited regularly ever since. We opted
for the brown heart shaped boxes which were perfect to decorate and personalise ourselves. A week before the wedding we delivered the boxes back the team in Grasmere
and they put fresh gingerbread in and our personal message to our guest which was a great help. Our guests loved the unusual favours and for most it was their first taste of the
delicious gingerbread.

We chose Grasmere Gingerbread as were getting married in Ambleside and wanted favours unique to the Lake District. We have always purchased Grasmere Gingerbread
during our trips to Grasmere. We love the flavour and felt that our guests would enjoy the gingerbread too.

We like the choice of presentation boxes and also that we could add our personal touches to decorate the heart shaped boxes which we chose. We included some for the
information which you provided on the background of gingerbread and particularly the history of the Grasmere Gingerbread in our ceremony day book for our guests to read.

Nichola and I would like to say a big thank you for the gingerbread wedding favours. Our wedding at the Miller Howe Hotel was an outstanding success and we are now looking
forward to our honeymoon in Kenya next week.

Nichola was very pleased and surprised to receive the large Gingerbread heart from our friends in Canada and the USA. I posted wedding favours to various parts of the globe
on Saturday and received an email from a 2nd cousin in Dunedin, New Zealand the morning, stating that her gingerbread had arrived.
