Phil Vickery Phil Vickery is one of Britain’s best-loved celebrity chefs. Handsome, charming and dedicated to producing top-quality food, he raves about Grasmere Gingerbread, including it in his ‘Best of British’ food list on his Vickery TV website.  Phil receives a warm welcome from Joanne Wilson at The Gingerbread Shop. His connections to the shop go back to 1979, when he worked as a trainee chef in a local restaurant and learned about fresh regional produce - of which he is a keen advocate. He later found TV Fame on Ready Steady Cook and This Morning.
