Our product is unique, and has been baked fresh daily in our tiny shop since 1854 to a secret recipe. So, on some occasions it may not be possible to dispatch your gingerbread within the stated 48 hour period due to the size of our bakery and the nature of our product. In these instances please bear with us, and we will send it to you as soon as we can. Gift
cards
All gift card messages are included in the price. Your own gift card(s) may be placed in the
parcel(s), but the maximum size for these cards is 10cm x 10cm (4 in x 4 in).
Delivery
Upon receipt, we try to dispatch your order within 48 hours, and they should
then be received 24 hours from that time (UK). Overseas parcels will take longer
and
we can advise over the telephone with a delivery date. However, you may specify
on the relevant order page when you would like the parcel to be delivered, i.e. for a special
occasion.

Delivery Information
We are using a reliable national courier service, which will deliver direct next day to you or your chosen recipient.
Delivery is made between 9am and 5.30pm Tuesday - Friday
All parcels must be signed for. If delivery is unsuccessful then a card will be left by the courier with instructions to contact the local depot for re-deliver. Therefore, it is suggested that if you are not at the delivery address at this time to give an alternative address for delivery i.e. place of work.
UK Packaging & Delivery Prices
£5.95 up to 8 items to one address. Other larger items may be classed as more
than one item for the purpose of delivery - this will be clearly marked next to the product. Large items such as the hampers are charged at £5.95 per hamper for delivery.
International
Orders
Gingerbread can be supplied internationally, although local restrictions
apply. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for local customs
charges, delays or restrictions.
Large/Multiple
Orders/Corporate Gifts
If you wish to send several parcels to different addresses, please submit
separate orders on our order forms for each delivery. If you wish to order a large
quantity of Grasmere Gingerbread®, other than specified in our selection, please contact the shop on +44
